School districts included in Sarpy County include Bellevue Public Schools, Papillion-Lavista Public Schools, Gretna Public Schools, South Sarpy District 46.  The school districts of Millard Public Schools, Omaha Public Schools, and Louisville Public Schools also educate residents of Sarpy County.

Offutt Air Force Base calls Bellevue home.
